| How to comment on a picture in Picasa |
| This procedure assumes you have gone to the Trips page, clicked on a link to a specific trip, clicked on a link to a riders photo gallery and found yourself with an open Picasa page in your browser. You can add a comment to any picture in any gallery that has been identified as public (if you are viewing someone else's gallery then it is public.) |
| 1. Double-click on the picture to which you would like to add a comment. The photo will open by itself on a page and be a lot bigger. |
| NOTE |
In order to post a comment to a photo you must be logged into Picasa (this requires you have an account, although they are free and easy to sign up for).
You cannot post a comment to your own photos - photos in your own galleries. |

| 2. At the bottom of the page, under the photo you will see your login name, the time and date you are commenting and a field which says "Add a comment...". |

| 3. Enter your comment into the field. If you want to track any additional comments posted to the photo or to your comment, click on the Subscribe checkbox. |
| 4. Once you are satisfied with your comment, click on the Post Comment button. The owner of the picture will receive and email notifing them that a comment has been posted to the picture and your comment will appear right above the comment field. |
| Printing a Photo from Picasa |
| There are two ways to obtain a print of a photo that you are viewing in Picasa. You can order prints through Picasa or you can download a photo to your computer and print in whatever means you wish. |
| Double-click on the picture to which you would like to add a comment. The photo will open by itself on a page and be a lot bigger. |
| 1. To order prints through Picasa, |
| a. Select the Prints drop-down menu to the left, above the photo. |

| b. Select Order prints. The photo will be added to your shopping cart. You must follow the directions provided by Picasa to complete your order. |
| 2. To Download and print a photo from Picasa, |
| a. Select the Download drop-down menu to the left, above the photo. |
 |
| b. Click on download photo and download process will begin. Ensure you note the location on your computer where you have selected to download your photo. |
